PART A — TERMS OF USE & LEGAL DISCLAIMER
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use, together with the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy below (collectively, the "Terms"), govern your access to and use of SUKINA Football and all of its content, data, forecasts, tools and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. DEFINITIONS
"We", "us", "our" means the operator of SUKINA Football. "You" / "user" means any person who accesses the Service. "Content" means all text, data, statistics, forecasts, charts, ratings, commentary and other materials made available on the Service. "Forecast" means any statistical estimate, projection, probability or model output. "Paid Services" means any membership tier or feature available for a fee.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE — ANALYSIS TOOL ONLY
The Service is a sports data and statistical analytics tool. It compiles publicly available match data and produces statistical estimates, charts and commentary for information and entertainment purposes only. The Service is not, and must not be construed as, a betting, wagering, gambling, tipping or odds-comparison service. Nothing on the Service is an invitation, inducement or recommendation to place any bet or to engage in any form of gambling.
4. NO BETTING OR GAMBLING
4.1 The Service does not offer, accept, place, arrange, facilitate, broker or settle any bet, wager or gambling transaction, and does not handle any stake or payout.
4.2 The Service does not display betting odds, does not provide betting tips, selections, picks or "value" recommendations, and does not direct, encourage or assist any person to bet with any bookmaker.
4.3 Under the laws of most jurisdictions, all betting is unlawful unless authorised by the relevant government. Betting with an unauthorised, illegal or offshore bookmaker is a criminal offence, regardless of where the bookmaker is located. You are reminded not to bet with illegal or offshore bookmakers.
4.4 You agree not to use the Service, or any Content, Forecast or data obtained from it, in connection with or to facilitate any unlawful gambling activity. Any decision you make to bet is made solely by you, on your own judgement, and entirely at your own risk; we accept no responsibility or liability for any such decision or its consequences.
5. NO AFFILIATION
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any betting operator, any football governing body, confederation, association, league, club, broadcaster or data provider. All third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used (where used at all) for descriptive, news-reporting and commentary purposes only.
6. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The Content is provided for general information and entertainment only and does not constitute betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on the Content as the basis for any decision. Where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified and licensed professional.
7. FORECASTS, DATA & STATISTICAL MODELS
7.1 All Forecasts are statistical estimates generated by mathematical models from historical and publicly available data. They are inherently uncertain and may be wrong.
7.2 We make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose of any Forecast, probability, rating or datum.
7.3 Sporting outcomes are uncertain and affected by many factors outside any model. Past accuracy or performance of any model is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future accuracy or results. Any accuracy or track-record figures shown are descriptive only, are not a promise of future performance, and must not be relied upon for any betting or financial decision.
8. AUTOMATED & ALGORITHM-GENERATED CONTENT
Portions of the Content (including match commentary, summaries and analysis) are generated automatically by algorithms and statistical models from match data. Such Content is produced without human review of each item, may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and does not represent our opinion or any statement of fact. We do not warrant its accuracy. If you identify any inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate Content, please contact us and we will review it.
9. THIRD-PARTY DATA & SOURCES
The Service relies on data from third-party sources. We do not control, independently verify or guarantee such data and are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays or unavailability in third-party data. The Service may also contain or rely on third-party content, which remains the property of its respective owners.
10. FINANCE CONTENT
Any finance news, summaries or market information on the Service is provided for general information only and does not constitute investment advice, a financial recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product. Investment involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. You should conduct your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision. We are not a licensed financial adviser.
11. MEMBERSHIP, SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
11.1 The Service offers free and paid membership tiers. The features and price of each tier are as stated on the pricing page and may change from time to time.
11.2 Fees for Paid Services are payable for access to data and analytics tools only, and not for any betting advice, selection or guarantee of outcome. Payment does not alter or limit any disclaimer in these Terms; paid Content carries no guarantee of accuracy, hit-rate, profit or result.
11.3 Paid access is a ONE-TIME purchase covering the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament period. There is NO subscription, auto-renewal or recurring billing. After the tournament concludes (the Final, on or about 19 July 2026) the match-analysis service ends together with the tournament; archived Member/Pro content you have purchased remains viewable for 30 days after the tournament ends.
11.4 Except as required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable once the relevant digital content or access has been provided.
11.5 Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Your use of payment services is also subject to the processor's terms. Whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes is as indicated on the pricing page.
11.6 We may correct, modify or improve any tier or feature. The match-analysis service is provided for the 2026 World Cup service period defined in 11.3 and ends as described above; the ordinary conclusion of that service period is not a discontinuation and does not give rise to a refund.
11.7 Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Depending on your region, your card may be charged in a local settlement currency; the exact currency and amount are shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment, and receipts are issued in the settlement currency.
12. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: (a) use the Service or any Content to facilitate unlawful gambling or any unlawful activity; (b) copy, scrape, harvest, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the Content or data except as expressly permitted; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code; (d) circumvent any access control, paywall or security measure; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (f) misrepresent the Service as a betting or tipping service.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property in the Service's original content, layout, software, models and design belongs to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be available, secure, accurate, complete or free of errors, viruses or interruptions.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we, our operators, officers, employees, agents, licensors or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or any gambling, betting, trading or financial losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service or any Content, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) HK$100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any claim arising from any betting or gambling activity you undertake.
18. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
We may modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue all or part of the Service, including any Content, Forecast, data or feature, at any time and without notice or liability. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access.
19. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services, accuracy or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
20. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that any use you make of the Content — including any betting, financial or other decision — is undertaken on your own initiative, on your own judgement, and entirely at your own risk, and that you bear sole responsibility for the consequences.
21. AGE & CAPACITY
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed at children. The Service does not facilitate gambling; however, where any local law sets a minimum age for accessing sports-betting-related information, you confirm that you meet it.
22. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.
23. GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreement on the subject matter.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Service. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review these Terms periodically.

PART B — PRIVACY POLICY
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with the Service, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
(a) Account data: your email address and any details you provide on registration or subscription. (b) Transaction data: your subscription status and records of payments (we do not store full card numbers). (c) Technical data: collected automatically via cookies and analytics, such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed and usage patterns. (d) Communications: any messages you send us.
3. HOW WE USE DATA
To provide, operate and improve the Service; to create and manage your account and subscription; to process payments (via processors); to send service-related or subscribed communications; to analyse and secure the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. PURPOSE LIMITATION
We collect and use personal data for the purposes set out above and will not use it for a new, unrelated purpose without your consent or as permitted by law.
5. COOKIES & ANALYTICS
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, preferences and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
6. PAYMENT DATA
Payments are handled by third-party processors who collect and process your payment details under their own privacy terms. We do not receive or store full card details.
7. SHARING & DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out here or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the PDPO you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and you may request deletion of your account. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may verify your identity before acting.
11. CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING
Some service providers may process data outside Hong Kong; where they do, we take steps consistent with applicable law.
12. CHILDREN
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for deletion.
13. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy; changes take effect upon posting.
